Everything you need to know about sizing, shipping, exchanges and the NudieCats UGC discount program.
Shipping times depend on the item's stock type. Local stock takes 5–7 business days within Australia. International warehouse items take 14–21 business days and ship from our overseas warehouse directly to you. Each product page clearly states which applies. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You'll see the exact amount before you pay.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier. You can track directly on the carrier's website.
We offer a 14-day exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Refunds are only available for faulty items or where required under Australian Consumer Law. To start an exchange, contact us via the contact page. We recommend measuring your cat before ordering using our sizing guide.

nudiecats is designed specifically for hairless and fine-coated breeds: Sphynx, Devon Rex, Cornish Rex, and Peterbald. Our sizing charts are built around these body types — not generic pet sizing.
We stock sweaters, hoodies, onesies, and jackets. We do not stock t-shirts. Every item is selected for warmth, comfort, and fit on hairless skin.
We select fabrics specifically for comfort against bare skin — no fur to buffer irritation. Each product page includes fabric details. If you have a cat with particularly sensitive skin, check the fabric information before ordering.
After your order is delivered, you'll receive an email with a unique discount code worth 15% off your next order. To activate it, post a photo or video of your cat wearing their nudiecats item and tag @nudiecats on Instagram or TikTok. Then reply to the email with a link to your post. The discount code is valid for 90 days from issue.
A public post (photo or video) on Instagram or TikTok showing your cat wearing a nudiecats item, with @nudiecats tagged in the post or caption. Stories count if you send us the screenshot.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to cancel it. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it — but you can exchange it within 14 days of delivery.
