Question 1

Do Devon Rex cats need clothes?

Accepted Answer

Devon Rex cats have a very fine, short, wavy coat that provides minimal insulation. They feel the cold more than most domestic cats and can be genuinely uncomfortable in air-conditioned homes or during cooler months. Clothing is a practical solution — not just a fashion statement.

Question 2

What clothing is best for Devon Rex cats?

Accepted Answer

Devon Rex cats have a smaller, finer frame than Sphynx cats, so fit is important. Look for lightweight, stretchy fabrics that don't restrict movement. A soft knit sweater or onesie works well for everyday warmth. For cooler weather, a fitted jacket adds an extra layer without bulk.

Question 3

How do I measure a Devon Rex for clothes?

Accepted Answer

Measure chest girth (around the widest part of the chest), neck girth (around the base of the neck), and back length (from the base of the neck to the base of the tail). Devon Rex cats tend to be lighter and finer-boned than Sphynx cats — our sizing guide covers breed-specific proportions.

Question 4

How is Devon Rex sizing different from Sphynx sizing?

Accepted Answer

Devon Rex cats are typically lighter and finer-boned than Sphynx cats, with a smaller chest circumference and shorter back length. If your Devon Rex is on the smaller side, we recommend sizing down from what a Sphynx of similar weight would wear. Use our sizing calculator with your cat's actual measurements for the most accurate result.

Question 5

Do you ship Devon Rex cat clothes to all of Australia?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We ship Australia-wide, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and regional areas. Free shipping on orders over $99.
